Successful companies have programs to help employees live fulfilling lives. They work at growing the corporate vision beyond the board room. Entrusting employees with the vision and instilling in them the confidence to develop it in their unique ways is key to growth. Everyone in the company needs to know that they have each other’s back including from the executive team. Leave no one behind. This is what Patton was talking about. Plans and technology by themselves do not win. People united in purpose in vision and one another do.
